Use our STANDARD service to translate all your regular use content and documents. Professional Translators will receive your documents and translate them in less than 24 hours. We guarantee a human translation for this service.

In what format will I receive?

This depends on the product you´ve chosen. However, most often, PRO Translations are delivered in a PDF Format, and STANDARD Translations are delivered in the same format they´re submitted. Therefore, for example, if you have a Mexican Birth Certificate, you´ll get a PDF with the translation. Or, if you have a PowerPoint Presentation, you´ll receive the translation in that same format.

What Languages do you Translate?

We currently specialize in English – Spanish translations. We also have French Translators available for any need. Stay tuned as we might support other languages soon!

How long will it take for my document to be delivered?

This also depends on the product you´ve chosen. Here is a chart to help you understand:

Who Translates My Documents?

Our translators are all certified and tested prior to working on document translation. Many of them specialize in their native language to ensure maximum quality. They all come from various backgrounds as well, including Ivy League Universities, former embassy translators and other impressive professional backgrounds.

If there is wrong/missing information in my delivery, can I request a change?

Yes. You can request any changes in the next 30 days after your purchase.

How Can I Request Revisions?

We strive to provide the most accurate translations possible, but in some cases there may be an issue with spelling of names, locations, or document clarity. In these cases, reply to the email you received with your translated document and describe the correction you need. One of our representatives will contact you with additional questions so we can make the proper changes.

Are My Translated Documents Certified?

Sadly, they are not. We can provide a Translation Certification Letter for any particular use, however, it’s important to know that in order to maintain low prices and due to a number of factors, you will not receive a Stamp Certification with a Certifier´s name and Registration.

What if my document doesn´t read well?

If you have an old document that needs to be translated, you can send us a transcription of what you understand. In many cases, our professional translators help a lot figuring our some words, but it is more helpful having a transcription. If not sure, contact us at:

How Can I Request a Free Quote?

Quotes can be requested via our Free Quote Form. Once you´ve filled this out, we will reply to you as quickly as possible during normal business hours.

Can I Get A Refund On My Order?

Orders can be canceled prior to delivery by replying to the email you received with your receipt.
